VINYL VERSION (out late June 2021): Ultraclear vinyl (100 copies) or standard black (150 copies), inc. double sided insert + download code. PRE-ORDER at www.deadwaxrecords.es

Sweden has given us many great synthpop bands through the years but some didn’t get the recognition that they deserved. ETAGE NEUN is one of these overlooked bands. Formed in Ystad in 1986, they were admittedly influenced by Depeche Mode, the Cold War and wrote songs about human conflicts and the nuclear threat. That’s how their first album came to be, WAR AND EMOTIONS was released on cassette format only in 1988 and is impossible to find nowadays.

We are pleased to revive this fantastic synthpop must have, complete and fully remastered from the original multitrack tapes for the first time ever, presented as a limited, hand numbered edition split in two vinyl colours; 100 copies in ultra-clear and 150 on standard black, housed in a matt finish sleeve with a double sided insert and download code.
