It's hard to wrap my head around this one. She's an indie pop singer in her side project / other solo project, but she tries to do black metal here? The vocals are unique, but not necessarily in a good way. Female fronted black metal isn't all bad, but this one just isn't great to me. The guitar work is simplistic, the drumming isn't anything memorable....I just don't see this being the black metal I know and love.
